Price Beat Guarantee on Repairs & Service
We beat competitor’s written prices for the same repairs & same quality parts. We will beat competitor’s repair prices by at least 5% on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and Mini Cooper repairs and services.
Note: Please bring a written estimate of the repair requested. Verbal estimates may be accepted when the following details are given: 1) name of the shop given the estimate 2) price given is with or without tax 3) are parts OEM, Genuine or after market 4)
Price beat guarantee is available only on:
- – Dealer repair and maintenance service
- – Specialty shops repair and maintenance service
Exclusions
- – Oil Changes
- – Maintenance services and repairs under $250
Possible Exclusions
- – Quotes received from non-specialized auto repair shops, garages. While we do our best to beat that price, we cannot guarantee. Why? Because most of these repair shops do not have the specialized equipment and diagnostic personnel needed to diagnose and repair German cars, therefore they do not incur the same costs as a specialized German car repair shop.
- – Already discounted repair prices.
Savings
How much we are able to beat the auto repair or maintenance price depends on:
- Who gave you the quote
– German Car Dealer: On average we usually beat dealer prices by 20-40%.
– Specialized German auto repair shop: Depending on parts quality we will beat that price by 5-15%.
– General auto repair shop: We will do our best to beat general auto repair shop prices to give you 5% discount or more. - Have they already given you a discount price. If they have given you a discount price, we might not be able to beat the price with much or may not be able to beat it at all. However, we promise to do our best.
